The program offers the user about twenty possible transitions. By default IceCream Slideshow Maker chooses a slide spacing of three seconds, but you can change its duration for individual slides or for the project as a whole. To change the order, simply press the left mouse button on the image and drag it to the desired position. Added files will be displayed in the list in the order they are displayed in the project. Adding can be done either separately or in bulk by pressing the CTRL key in the browser window.
To create a new project, you should choose the photos that will be used in it. Its functionality is quite modest, but you can use it for free. If you find a slideshow has some problem, there's no need to start again: just select it on the History page, click "Resume Project", and all your slides, transitions, delays and other settings are restored, ready for further editing.IceCream Slideshow Maker is a program for those who are looking for a simple program to create a slideshow. One feature we particularly liked was "History", which keeps the details of every slideshow you create. This is set by default, which means your first video will have an "IceCream Apps" watermark added, but it's easily removed: just click Settings and clear the "Watermark" box. If you're not happy with the default settings then you can adjust the time each slide is displayed, try any of the 27 transitions (slides, wipes, zooms, fades and so on), set a new video resolution or add a soundtrack.
Slideshow Maker can even upload it to YouTube for you. Drag and drop your source images onto the program, click the big "Create" button, and that's it: the slideshow is rendered as an MKV video (no other export formats are available, unfortunately). Your first production can be ready in seconds.
